Mi credit card has not been accepted by the online payment system?
We accept payment with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. At the moment we cannot not accept payments with debitcards or other cards than the aforementioned. If your credit card complies with these criteria please doublecheck that you introduced the correct number (without spaces or hyphens) and that you used the correct expiry date. Sometimes a technical problem or a failure in the conexion may be the cause that your card is not accepted. If you're sure that you used a valid card and introduced the correct details please try again a little later, if the problem persists please get in touch with me again.
Can I order any extras?
You can pre-book your baby seats, snow chains, roof racks, etc. for most locations. In most cases, a charge will be applied, which has to be paid locally. Please check the rental conditions of your destination.
